These terms govern your use of brainacity.io. By using the site you agree to them. The HQ platform and any services we provide are governed by a separate written agreement with each customer, which controls if it conflicts with these terms.

You may use the site to learn about Brainacity and to contact us. You may not use it to interfere with its operation, to scrape it in bulk, to misrepresent who you are, or for any unlawful purpose.
Content
The text, design, logos and other content on the site belong to Brainacity LLC or its licensors. Product names of other companies mentioned on the site belong to their owners and are used only to describe compatibility. You may not reuse our content without written permission.
Illustrative content
Screens, figures and examples shown on the site are illustrative. They describe how HQ works and do not represent live data from any customer.
No warranty
The site is provided as is. We try to keep it accurate and available but we do not promise that it will be error free or uninterrupted.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brainacity LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas.
